Main Hall   - 18m x 9m and with a laminate floor. When booked on its own, the main hall can accommodate 120 people close seated (theatre style), or 80 at tables.  This can be increased to 160 close seated and 120 at tables when additional chairs and tables are used  from other rooms.However, in order to use tables and chairs from other rooms, those rooms must also be booked. There is a stage and a bar area. The kitchen is accessed via the main hall, (users may have to share its use with those using the lounge).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lounge  - 9.m x 5.m with a carpeted floor. It can comfortably accommodate 25-30 people close seated and at tables. The lounge has its own kitchenette for the provision of light refreshments.  The main kitchen and bar area can be accessed via the lounge, (users may have to share its use with those using the main hall).


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Harold Belcher Function Room -  7.5m x 7m with a laminate floor. It can accommodate up to 30 peopleclose seated and at tables. There is a separate entrance to the room at the front of the building and it can also be accessed from the main hall when both rooms are hired together. The room has its own toilets including accessible facilities. There is a small kitchenette for making light refreshments. Users of the Belcher Room on its own will not usually have use of the main kitchen as this would interfere with other users. However access is available if both the Belcher Room and Main Hall are hired together.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kitchen - a shared facility which may be used by more than one hirer at any one time. It is not a full catering kitchen but does contains enough equipment to support functions that do not require a large amount of cooking. There is a catering dishwasher, 5 ring electric hob, oven, warming oven, 2 refridgerators, a freezer and combination microwave. An assortment of cutlery and crockery is also available

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Exchange Library - is manned by volunteers and  is currently open every Tuesday between 10 - 12am.There over 1000 books from fiction, non-fiction, autobiographies, cookery and a children's section.

Parking   - there is car parking to the rear of the village hall for 35 cars with a further 2 disabled parking spaces adjacent to the rear doors. Dependent on the ground conditions, a further 15 vehicles may be parked on the grassed area (this is normally only available in late spring through late summer).

 

Additional Facilities
All rooms have central heating with thermostatic controls on all radiators. All rooms and facilities are completely accessible. Toilets are situated in the foyer of the main entrance and also in the foyer of the Belcher room. There is a Public Address  and  sound system available in the main hall with speakers in the other 2 rooms should a whole hall event be required.
